I baked buns. Three dozen. I always knew that it was work to knead that much dough so it's nice to get a bit of confirmation. I love this Fitbit!
Wednesday:
I did Core de Force MMA Shred. It's one of my favourites. And even though it's longer than most workouts, it flies by and I love doing it!!
Oh, and I never said I look pretty after a workout!! But I clean up well!
And I got my steps in!! I even hit 10,114! It's a new personal best. I have always struggled at getting steps in. I set 8000 as my goal because I figured it's a challenge, but an attainable challenge. So it's nice to see some improvement and progress!!
