The temperature outside is currently -30C, with the wind chill, it feels like -40C. So I decided to go for a bike ride. On my stationary bike! It has been awhile since I used it, before summer. But it was just like riding a bike (I'm so funny!)
When I go for a 20 minute ride, my goal is to hit 5 miles and burn over 100 calories. I was nervous about reaching my goal since it's been so long, but I nailed it! Yay, go me!!
